Available Positions
1. Pressure Washing Technician
- Responsibilities:
- Operate pressure washing equipment efficiently and safely.
- Perform thorough cleaning of various surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, and building exteriors.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in pressure washing or similar field is a plus.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
2. Team Leader
- Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of pressure washing technicians.
- Coordinate schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Train new employees on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with pressure washing techniques and equipment.
3. Customer Service Representative
- Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Provide information about our services and pricing.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients and address any concerns.
- Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
4. Sales Associate
- Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, point of contact, and cold callings.
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with Scheduling Manager and Team Leaders to ensure work is being performed on schedule and completed by deadlines.
- Bill clients and manage accounts.
- Track sales metrics and report performance to management.
- Attend trade shows and community events to promote our services.
- Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the service industry.
- Strong understanding of pressure washing techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
