A direct line to the owner

Meet Richard Yerbury, Owner & Founder.

Richard Yerbury is the owner and founder of Arizona Facility Services LLC. His passion for the pressure washing industry comes from the hands-on work: understanding a surface, choosing the right cleaning approach, and seeing the difference a well-executed cleanup makes for a property.

Before moving to Arizona, Richard gained more than five years of pressure washing experience in another state, where he serviced over 1,000 properties. That experience shaped his approach to preparation, attention to detail, and clear communication with customers.

After relocating to Arizona, Richard founded AFS in 2025. Today, he brings that experience to commercial and residential properties across the entire Phoenix metro Valley, with service throughout Arizona upon request. As an owner-operator, Richard stays directly involved in reviewing the project, setting the scope, and planning the work.
